Business Asset Summary Web Tool: Review and track information regarding purchases, installations, maintenance status, and configurations. (Or learn more and see a demo)
Request Detailed License Reports: Get all licensing information at a given site or sites. Use pivot tables to manage data.
Asset Tags: Group and manage licenses using Asset Tags. Assign names to specific licenses, or groups of licenses for easier tracking. Once Asset Tags have been mapped to licenses they can be tracked using the Business Asset Summary Web Tool, or by requesting a detailed license report.
Update Contact Information: Create, update, or de-activate contact information; merge duplicate contacts.
