The Realized Value Platform (RVP) is a comprehensive set of field-tested PTC service modules–configured to meet your particular implementation needs–to deliver an efficient, high-quality PLM implementation. A Realized Value engagement is:

Platform-based –PTC begins with standard engagement modules and then configures them to meet customer requirements. This enables PTC to reuse standard methodology while remaining flexible enough to support very diverse customer requirements.

Modular – Each module in a PTC Global Services engagement has clearly-defined activities, deliverables, and endpoints. This makes it easy to check and confirm results and ensure agreement on the following steps. A modular approach also supports efficient team collaboration; as they work with the customer and other third parties.

Outcome driven – Rather than focusing on a series of activities, PTC works toward clearly defined results. After agreeing with the customer on how to measure an outcome’s success, PTC can then tailor activities and deliverables to support this desired end state.

Practical and pragmatic – Utilizing standard engagement modules means predictable results and a high quality of work. Our objective is enabling our customers to realize value from their investment as soon as possible.

Integrated with PTC solutions – For customers who already own PTC software licenses, as well as for customers who are new to PTC, the Realized Value Platform lowers the total cost of solution ownership by designing and deploying solutions that fully leverage out-of-the-box capabilities.
